Here’s a list of notable openings we’ve clocked in the Seattle area in the last month. If we missed something, please email us: seattle@eater.com.

PIONEER SQUARE — A year and a half after announcing she’d be opening three new restaurants in the Railspur development, Renee Erickson’s Sea Creatures group has turned the lights on at Lowlander Brewing, Un Po Tipsy, and Mio Oh Mio. The first is an upscale brewpub/sports bar, the second is an attached pizzeria, and the third (which Sea Creatures was initially calling My Oh My, after Dave Niehaus’s famous Mariners catchphrase) is a sit-down restaurant that draws influence from London and Italy.

PIONEER SQUARE — Rapidly expanding bagel shop chainlet Toasted has arrived in Pioneer Square as well; on December 6 it opened its fourth location, on Yesler and First Avenue.

OTHELLO — The Seattle Met notes that beloved pop-up Mangosteen’s Chicken Shop has found a brick-and-mortar home at the former Cajun Crawfish by Othello Station. Expect to find the same halal fried chicken and boba tea that Mangosteen has been serving at farmers markets for nearly a decade, plus a few other dishes like yakisoba.

HILLMAN CITY — More from the Met: Honduran restaurant El Sabor Katracho has opened near the corner of Rainier and Orcas. Its menu features baleadas, a famous Honduran street food consisting of a flour tortilla stuffed with beans, meat, egg, or cheese.

DOWNTOWN — Big news for the Vietnamese coffee scene: Aroom, one of Seattle’s best cafes, now has a second location on 904 Alaskan Way, on the waterfront.

SODO — Picklewood Paddle Club, a new sports complex, is more than a place to unwind by smacking a ball back and forth, it’s also a bar and restaurant serving “elevated pub food” from noted restaurateur Ethan Stowell.

RAVENNA — Over the summer a car crashed into the Mioposto location on 35th Avenue Northeast, forcing it to temporarily close. After several months of repairs, the pizzeria has now reopened.

BALLARD — Speaking of reopenings, Cookie’s Country Chicken has moved its Ballard location a short distance, from Market Street to 907 Ballard Way, across the street from the new H Mart.

BITTER LAKE — A new all-you-can-eat hot pot and Korean barbecue restaurant called Wagyu Factory has opened next to Asian Family Market on Aurora. It seems to be a burgeoning chain, with the website listing planned locations in California and Las Vegas.

BALLARD — A sushi restaurant called Sushi Licious has opened in the space that used to be Katsu Burgers on Northwest 56th Street.
